Scarlet Freesias

‘Scarlet Freesias’ is a signed, limited edition intaglio etching by Susie Perring.

Susie uses a intaglio technique called aquatint where marks are made on the plate which are able to hold ink. She believes this is the best technique for capturing colour, light and movement. Susie's main inspiration is taken from swirling patterns of birds in flight; patterns of reflection and movement in water; fish gliding in dark but richly coloured depths.

This artwork comes unframed without a mount or framed in a white, chunky wooden frame with a double mount.

Packaging Details: We go to great lengths to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. We only use sturdy cardboard postal tubes and double walled cardboard boxes. We use as much recycled and recyclable material as possible, including newspapers from our coffee shop, Coffee Yard, to pack our boxes.
