Returns Policy

We want you to be able to buy in confidence and be completely happy with any product that you purchase from us.

If by any chance you wish to return a product you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a free replacement, or a full refund for the price of the product. Return shipping charges will not be refunded unless we delivered the items to you in error or the item is faulty.  Items that are faulty must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Prior to returning items to Yard Gallery, you must receive authorisation from us. To request authorisation please send us an email to info@yardgallery.com

Please include within the body of the email:

1. Your Order Number
2. Your First and Last Name
3. The name of the product you wish to return
4. A brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you wish to receive a replacement or refund.

Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email giving you step by step instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned order and provided the goods are in perfect condition, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7days.

• Goods must be returned in resaleable condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
• Please note that returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. For this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery, insured, trackable service. We recommend that you request and retain proof of posting for any items returned. We cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
