Dispatch And Delivery Times

We dispatch the same day on all orders received before 3pm, otherwise next working day.

UK - we aim to deliver within 2 working days.  For next working day delivery select Express Delivery at the check out.

Ireland - we aim to deliver within 2 working days.

Europe - we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days subject to custom clearance.

Elsewhere - we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days subject to custom clearance.

All UK and Ireland deliveries are also available to be collected from our gallery in Holywood, Northern Ireland.

Custom Charges

Custom Charges - EU Countries - custom charges do not apply.  As a Northern Ireland business we operate under the terms of the EU-UK agreements - special arrangements apply in Northern Ireland. Under the Windsor Framework, Northern Ireland remains aligned with EU single market rules for goods and therefore maintains access to this market.  As a result Northern Ireland is still part of the EU single market for goods unlike England, Scotland and Wales, so there are no customs duty to pay upon receipt.

Custom Charges - Non EU Countries - contact your local customs office to find out what if any customs charges apply.  We cannot accept any custom charges incurred on international orders.                   

Delivery Charges

All shipping to the UK and Ireland over £65 is free of charge. Estimated shipping costs can be found below or on the product page by clicking the delivery link (located beside the "Add to Cart" button). Actual cost will be calculated at checkout.

We will send you a comfirmation email when we have received your order.

We will then send you another email when your order has been dispatched, together with details showing the postal service used and the tracking information.

All orders are packaged in sturdy cardboard tubes, mailing envelopes, or boxes, and sent using a signed and trackable postal service.

If there are any delays in dispatch, we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date. You can cancel your order at any stage before despatch.
